Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Millennial Marketing, LLC makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone (800) 631-4702, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. However, you have up until 48 hours to email@example.com.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS!
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions as we WILL require return of the damaged goods. We will then contact the USPS / FedEx for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
However, if you choose replacement of the damaged shipment, We will promptly send you replacement products. Please return the damaged or incorrect merchandise to us.
If there is an item missing, use the same procedures as above to inform us of the item missing. You will be either issued a full refund or a replacement item will shipped out to you at no charge.
Neither Millennial Marketing, LLC, nor any of it's directors, employees or members are in any way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
If it arrives and it's not what you ordered:
Re-package the order received and send it back to us. We will reimburse the shipping cost back to you either as a credit toward your next purchase or as a "Credit" to your charge card. We will then re-ship the correct order right away.
